To add mass to your chest you need to lift a high weight using low reps. I'm not sure how to help you increase your weight, that is pretty much determined by how strong your chest is and how quickly it develops. I read an article the other month about a chest press shirt. It was made out of this tough rubbery type material and it was so tight it took 3 people to strech it and put it on. This kinds works like a weight belt but I wouldn't recommend it for the average guy.
