Wrong! Federal Fireams Licenses allow companies/individuals to buy and sell guns as a business. It has noting to do with everyday people owing guns. In order to own a fully automatic weapon you must get a tax stamp under the National Fireamrs Act of 1934. This is pricy and time consuming for both the buyer and seller. This is why they are out of the reach of most citizens.
