The Original King, you might enjoy the book
A People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn. One of the most memorable parts of the book is when he says when you vote in a presidential election, it doesn't matter who you vote for. Because they are all basically the same, working to keep the higher class in power.
It's a great read.
