Don't vote, fine, but then don't bitch about how bad things are. If you take no action to improve the situation, you lose the right to complain about it. Or, don't vote, but lobby for the solutions you think would work. Whatever. But sitting on your ass and saying "this sucks - I quit" is hardly productive.
