Less-than-perfect spelling and grammar (written) irk me something fierce.
It's one thing to speak in the vernacular, but the written language deserves far more respect. Don't end a sentence with a preposition, don't misuse APOSTROPHES, and LEARN THE DIFFERENCE AMONG "THEIR" "THERE" and "THEY'RE"!
People who chew gum with their mouths open need to be poleaxed. ARRGHH!
I also sometimes separate M&Ms. When I was a kid, my favorite snack was a handful of croutons...and I had a certain order in which I'd eat them.
