I would never vote for a liberal because they push for increasing amounts of government control over the every day functions of society and private citizens. Eventually, they will try to turn us all into subjects. Laugh now, cry later. Also, I like what Bush has done in Afghanistan and Iraq as well as turning the economy around after Clinton's blundering.

see...i see the republican party as exerting more control over private lives, monitoring what you're doing, becoming 'Big brother,' if you will...
Also, i consider the clinton economic status to be pretty high, i was making great money for a college student, was able to work for a new business that popped up, ate out, had money, school was doing much better, budget cuts weren't happening as often as have since 2001, etc.
republicans wtih the war on drugs, war on terror, pornography, music, everything seems so determined to make everyone follow a certain rule. Gay rights? Choice? Certain parts of the patriot act? And this is the party that is supposed to stay out of personal lives?
