I think the point of those super high heels is the lady is supposed to remain horizontal whilst wearing them.

I l ike those Timberlands - I wouldn't topple over on them.

Those butterfly shoes are beautiful - like a work of art - -but 4 1/2 inch heels? I'm so not a girl... I couldn't do it. I missed that day in school where walking in heels and wearing makeup was taught I think.
