oh and another thing is that i only do each set of mustles once a week, the body takes 1 week to heal properly. so lets say i do chest/tricepts on monday, biceps wensday, back shoulders friday, id do the same things the next week... you also dont want to over train mustles by doing something that uses them as a secondary mustle group... hmm how to explain, okay doing bench press uses chest primary and triceps secondary, since it does this try to do triceps on the same day to totaly fatigue them in 1 day so that they have a whole week to heal
