Ok I don't get it.. The scammer owns the website? How is he going to lose any money from the fake computer?
Ok I get it now. They say 2000 bucks for the comp value. Therefore he pays 27%, or 540 bucks, which the scammer thinks is a sweet deal for a 2000 dollar comp, which then he realizes is just a peice of trash in a box. Pure genious!
