I'm guessing most of you guys on this post are from the States?
Is it true, that you can be fired; just because? No waring needed? Just pack your stuff in 20 mins, here's the door?
I know you have unions, but not universally, but what rights do you guys have?
It's almost the opposite here. You can tell the boss to go to hell, and the worst that will happen is 6 months of mediation and management 'performance reviews'.
I broke up a fight where one guy had choked another to the point of unconsciousness. In the middle of a room. It took 6 months of 'negioation' ot get him 'resettled' in another department. Suspended on full pay too.
