The current car is truly impressive from a design standpoint....it's a shame that they're so heavy... a scoshe over 3000 lbs (!) If they could have brought weight down to about 2750 or so (essentially Celica GT-S curb weight , plus an allowance for the Tib's larger iron-block V6) the resultant boom in performance would be damned impressive..
Still for the money, Hyundai has made quite an impression..it'll be interesting to see what the future holds.(hopefully motors with higher specific output).
