My problem with child porn is I have NO idea who is 18 just by looking at pictures. I have seen girls who I would guess are 13 and they are actually over 18, or so the lovely disclaimer on many a site tells me. By the same token, A girl in one of my classes could pass for 22/23 and she is 17.
Now the real mind bender is getting on Kazaa and trying to findout if a girl is legal or not. Traci Lords is a great example of a girl looking in her early 20's and being 16...
