Wow..when I saw this thread "Layla" was the first song to come to mind. I like the transition and the piano part that ends the song.
I also like the middle part of the Beatles' "You Never Give Me Your Money", with the honky-tonk piano.
The beginning half plus the transition of Elton John's "Funeral For a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding" is one of my favorites. The whole song is excellent, actually.
And of course the guitar solo on Freebird.
