In the other articles I read, Kerry's choices were made as recommendations on who Bush should replace Rumsfeld with since Kerry thinks he should be fired or resign. In nothing else I read did it say that these were the people who would be on his short list should he win the election. I may be off in this but this article does not give the same impression as others I've read.
