I have. It sort of worked on me. It made it a little larger for a few hours. It all depended on how long I pumped. It felt good though

The one thing to remember if you use one is not to go overboard. Don't pump for more than 10 minutes on your first time. You could seriously injure your penis that way. And nobody wants that.
