There's an accupressure trick to alleviate the cramping in your legs (especially when they occur in the middle of the night)
Pinch your upper lip with your thumb and forefinger for a few seconds -- that generally relaxes the cramping.
(and my doc says eat more bananas -- it's a potassium defincincy that causes the cramping - you will bruise less too)
