It should have come with drivers, and if you're installing it with Windows XP, even if it doesn't have drivers, W-XP should pick it up. Barring that, find out what NIC chipset it's using, and install drivers for that. That brand name...if you want to call it that, sounds familiar. The DriversGuide website SHOULD have something for it. Good luck...let us know what you find.
If you have problems, I've always used D-Link cards, and never had a problem. Newegg.com has then for as little as $9.99, and the 530TX+ is only $12.99.
