With the 4 inch barrel you'll be able to conceal easier, but with the 6 inch you'll be far more accurate. It probably depends on what you will be using the weapon for - if it is for defensive purposes, the smaller barrel may be better for you, but if you are using it simply for target practice, I would get the longer barrel...
