First the simple...
you have properly set bgcolor and your text color correct?
It might also help to set the colors in Code rather then the net toolbox. worth a try?
are the lbls and txtBoxes in the same Table? and when you take the lbls off it works fine?
have you tried to place them into diffrent tables?
