The swallows are actually a pretty common tattoo theme, taken (supposedly) from a tradition amongst sailors to get a swallow on their chest to commemorate a certain distance travelled. A second one was added after another amount of miles/trips/etc.
But, yeah, those exact ones would look a little strange! I need to re-draw them before I actually get them done.
