DesktopX is a part of the one and only program that I actually paid for on my PC. The entire set is called Object Desktop, and it includes many programs and costs $50 a year. DesktopX can do many things, but the weather display and uptime are the only thing that DX is on my desktop. DX has a ton of different themes and objects which you can use to customize your desktop to your liking. I use Windowblinds(part of Object Desktop) to skin Windows.
