Oh man, I soooo feel your pain on that one. While I was doing it I though, "This isn't that bad...". So I way to many sets.
The next morning when I got up, I went to move my let and my hamstrings cramped like nothing I've ever felt before.
I was, not just a little - but majorly sore for atleast 4 days.
Just thinking about it makes me crynge
