I agree, these are grown men, they should make the decesion.

Visors won't stop as many of these injuries as people like to think, so many times these are just freak accidents, and sticks, pucks, and skates can still slide under visors, and cause injury.
I don't think the people that aren't wearing visors are "retards", it's their decesion and their lives, on the other hand I agree that people that don't wear their seatbelts are stupid, I just think a better word could of been used instead of "retards" it's such a missused word.
