So, looks like it was just DOMS. =)
Since then, I've had much weaker versions of it, but nothing nearly as bad. Thanks for all the advice.
Annoying part is, I'm about to spend most of the month travelling. So, I suspect I'll have to go through that pain again when I get back, heh.
