some women do fake it.. it's a sad fact and it causes insecurity and doubt in alot of men both in thier own relationships and in the relationships of others...
theres prob another thread for this (or there should be) but men shouldnt have to worry about that, because women shouldnt fake it.. on the same note, men shouldnt pride themselves on making a woman come every single time... most women have a harder time reaching orgasm... strong communication about your sex lives, and checking your pride at the bedroom door should aleviate any doubts you have to rather she is really coming or not.....
