You would like to delete the Download History I think. By doing this, you will erase any Listing of a download you have downloaded. It will not delete the actual file.
Note: I'm doing this blindly
Open the download manager. It should be an option in drop downs at the top of the Netscape Browser (File, Edit, View, etc). It is probably under "Tools".
Once the list comes up, check each of the drop downs again (File, Edit, View, etc - Whichever are availible), and check for an option that resembles "Clear History", or "Clean up record".
If That doesn't work, then try this:
1) Click on the very first download listed in the download manager. It should be highlighted/selected.
2) Using the scrollbar, scroll all the way to the bottom of the list.
3) Press and hold "Shift" on your keyboard, and click on the very bottom download listing.
3a) hopefully this will select Everything between the very first listing and the very bottom listing.
4) Right click any of the now-selected download listings, and select "Delete" or "Erase" or "Remove".
