This notice is for all IRC users, there is a wintools.exe trojan horse/virus going around on the IRC Server GamesNet. This is a very bad situation, considering the popularity of the the GamesNet IRC Server.
If someone DCC's you wintools.exe, DO NOT BY ANY MEANS accept it. As always, do not accept anything unless you know and trust the person, and you know what they are sending you. For those of you already infected, there is currently an investigation on how to remove it.
