Far Cry, just looks incredible if your PC can handle it.
Unreal Tournament 2004 contains by far the best vehicular combat of any game out there. Easy to pick up, and impossible to master because you can always do something better. (Besides, who doesn't want to drive a car that has 15 foot blades shoot out from each side to cut down opponents?  )
