Ruprex, I sincerely believe that you will find similar prices at your local hobby shop, and subsequently save on shipping prices (even after local taxes).
The benefit of buying a battery at your local hobby shop is that you can take the gun in with you and try the battery's fit out first. The orientation of the cells that compose the battery can make or break the deal -- even though they sum to the correct voltage and wattage as some battery packs are configured with lengthwise cells, where you may need a hybrid long vs wide. Unless you're buying from an airsoft dealer that can guarantee a fit, then I would want to try before I bought.
BTW, $37 is a bit much for a smart charger without car battery cables for quick field charging... do not buy that charger.
