I can't say that I blame the city for doing this. If people aren't smart enough to realize that going sledding imposes many risks, then of course they're going to be equally as shitty as to sue the town, and what else are they supposed to do? Let everyone sled and then pay through the nose?
I got my ass handed to me on a sled when I was a kid. I never thought of blaming anybody but myself. But then again, I never even thought of blame in the first place.
