If an extremely attractive woman came up to me and asked for sex I would do two things before taking any action. I'd ask if she'd be willing to come to a clinic with me and get tested for STD's WITH me. If she was willing to do that, then I would. But I imagine some stranger who comes up and asks for sex wants it then and now... nope, sorry.
