I've never heard of something in deapth in what you're talking about LPM, however, i was watching some channel on Life network or something about how some women can just use deep breathing and Kegals (don't know? ask me)... exercises to get off... without anyone (themselves included) touching any part of their body. They could just lay down and use deep breathing... i was in awe, i wish it was like that for me... does this have anything to do with holding your breath? i'm not quite sure, i just figured there was something to it... *shrugs*
