And those are lyrics, not deeds, he is talking about black consciousness, the situation most black youth's face like Biggie Smalls said if you are young and from a deprived area "either you slinging crack rock or you got a wicked jump shot" - or otherwise just get used to life being poor and exploited. Black kids do not have the same options as white's because they live in an extremely racist society, and Shyne expresses that hopelessness, and he embraces the negative sterotypes given to him to become white middle America's worst nightmare.
