I propose one of two things with regards to the shipping.
1. Hazardous Material Shipping...not sure what might qualify from your list, maybe the battery?
2. Price gouging on shipping to make up for undercost sale prices?
I ran those model numbers through froogle and came up empty, so unfortunately I have no suggestions on alternate re/e-tailers for you.
