Thanks girls for the encouragement, commisseration and ideas. I'm past the cranky mood now. I didn't realize how much I had forgotten how to soothe myself since it's been years since I've had PMS so intensely.
cherriesue - I have tried the pressure point on the ball of my foot and it works wonders. I had forgotten about it though, thanks for the reminder. I have not tried the other but will have to keep them in mind for the next time. I have a feeling some of them may be of some help for my migranes when the meds don't completely get rid of them.
