I guess it depends on how you do it.
There are expensive ways and in expensive ways.
it just depends on skill and imagination.
I would suggest to prolly look at some theatre set design web sites.
They are ALWAYS using rotating sections in floors.
Im sure you can find an Idea or two.
Remember a lot of theatres are on strict budgets, so you might find some economical Ideas.
