Completely aside from the infidelity issue (since you want to discount it), NO!!!
Sure, it's a nice Penthouse Letter type of fantasy, but let's get realistic:
- Why does this person want to sleep with you? Is it for sex or are they psycho?
- Will they cry "rape!"??
- One word: AIDS.
