Well, I'm one of those heels who actually have fallen asleep during a BJ. It's not a commentary on her skill, more of a "Wow, this feels incredibly soothing, and I'm exhausted."
She was cool with it, teased me a bit about it later, but it really was a wonderful nap.
I suppose it's helpful that I gave her some good luvin' when I woke up...
