Once you get your place you can go
here for a little help in arranging things. Part of it depends on your personality. I usually need my workstation not in a place where I can look straight out a window or I'll just look out the window and daydream. Also I wouldn't place it directly in front of the door of the room. I would stare out of the room to see what else is going on in the house.
