I'll have to try that one. I've tried other poses but they haven't done all that much.

I think you hit it on the head here. I kindof forget how irritating it can be sometimes and how to deal with the mood part of it. Plus I haven't had full fledged periods for about 4 years since I was nursing most of the time too. My daughter is pretty much weaned now so my body is going back to normal.
