I really see no excuse for a girl to object to a BJ because of the taste. As a whole, the stuff is a lot like raw egg white, and I suppose some people might object to the texture. I'm not exctly planning to start giving blowjobs, but swallowing it doesn't seem like it would be so dificult. Then again, all but one person other than me can't contemplate chugging a drink as thick as egg nog, and my complete lack of gag reflex (brief fascination with sword swallowing) might make me a bit baised.
