Opera
Mozilla or Firefox

edit: garish looking ad for a product providing services that you should not have to pay for.
edit2: Opera is my normal browser of choice but typing this from firefox (or "Mozilla Seabug" currently with that hilarious little extension that keeps changing the displayed name) as I was checking on Lakers/Rockets score on ESPN.
I ripped out IE's browsing capabilities entirely after my latest reinstall but >rant mode< the fucker got them back somehow (possibly when I updated flash, whoknows) and now I have to block it through Kerio
