unfortunatly that is what a lot of americans have degraded to. the land of oppertunity where if you can't make money you sue someone else because they can
the amount of malpractice lawsuits is absurd the politicians need to protect doctors because what is going to happen when the brainless and trial lawyers sue them out of existance just another example
