HE is dead, don't blame him, blame his mother for not raising him to not drink and drive. And blame her greedy ass for suing the mother and daughter too.
You know that if the girlfriend had died also, and her family decided to sue the boy's mother, she would just say that he was over 18 and that she wasn't legally responsible.
