Well, a fetish I guess is kind of a displacement, feeling sexually attracted to something other than sex... I think a lot of people are into rubber and leather and things like that. I would guess there are two levels though
Thinking "oo, those leather trousers make that girl look really hott"
Or being into the actual leather more than the girl wearing it
Either way, I think it isnt really abnormal and there would be quite a few people that would share either level
