I would put another vote in for Fifth Element Superbit.
As well as:
Final Fantasy, it's dark. Most make it look murky though, well calibrated it looks great.
Episode II.
Toy Story II.
I would have to say though that maybe it's just my crappy equipment, but I've never liked how the original Matrix turned out.
