I guess it depends on the car you're trading it for as well. I assumed you were trading a complete car that had an approximate market value of $3k. If the market value is $3k with the engine & stereo in it and you're not selling either of them, you're going to make out in the deal. I would say the approximate value of the Banshee is $2700 but it may be + or - a little more depending on the local market (are there lots of Banshees around but everyone wants Raptors?) and its condition. When was the last time piston/rings were replaced? How easy is it to start? All the gears working fine? Axle ok? Overall appearance of the plastic and seat? Does it need sprockets and chain? etc.
