I think the turn on is the forbidden aspect of it. That and the turn on of either being dominated or dominating another. I'm not sure if dominated is the correct word. Maybe humiliated. It's similar to the mistress- slave relationship in BDSM.
I don't find it appealing but to each his/her own. On the other hand, watersports are my favorite fetish.
