right, so in the course of last night, some prat has managed to shoot my double glazing windows twice, not putting holes in them, but shattering the glass and generally screwing up the pane of glass facing outside.
my question is, does the whole window itself now need to be replaced, or does just the broken pane need to be changed?
and quick replies would be helpful, because i have a nasty suspicion i may have to call the glazers before the 'rents get home
