Wow. Long article. Good topic.
I have to say that i would be a "pro-sex" feminist, but not as the article describes it. The idea is porn is not perfect, there will always be exploitation, degredation, etc. However, ideally, a woman who can be in porn, watch porn, be comfortable with porn, is a woman who is also sexually confident. Whether men or other women choose to objectify this woman is their own problem. There is nothing wrong with being sexually confident, and there are certainly a lot of benefits that go with it such as self esteem, confidence, etc.
Does a woman need porn to be those things? No. I'm certainly not making the argument that pornography is neccesary, but it can be and is fun. And that's the point. Being pro or anti porn, and over analysis destroys the spirit of it. I like pornography, and I'm not ashamed of it, certainly I would not brag about it to everyone due to the stigma of society but if confronted I would not hide it.
Being pro-porn doesn't mean I'll fight to the death for it, it's not THAT important, but it does mean adding spice to a mediocre day, having some fun, and being sexually confident, and that's pretty important I think.
